Rospers
Dispersing agents that keep released indigo from settling back on the fabric — in gel, flake and powder form.

Washing chemistry for denim — made in our own plants in Silivri and Düzce since 2013.

AAAAAA Royal Chemicals develops and produces chemicals for textile washing — anti back-staining agents, enzymes, silicones, softeners and detergents — at its facilities in İstanbul/Silivri and Düzce. Formulations that save water and energy, made to give the same result in every wash.

to the finished look
A denim wash runs through five stages. We make the chemistry for each of them.
the starch comes out
Sizing and impurities are removed, so every later step works evenly across the fabric.
the worn look goes in
Cellulase enzymes give the high-contrast look of stone-washing and clear loose fibres from the surface. Dispersants keep loosened indigo from settling back on the fabric.
indigo
is
lifted
Down to the exact shade, then neutralised. Laccase enzymes lighten indigo evenly; optical brighteners keep whites and pocketing clean.
colour goes in and stays
For garment dyeing and overdyeing. Fixing agents hold the colour through washing and rubbing.
the hand-feel is set
Silicones and softeners decide how the jeans feel. Resins and finishing agents add creases, coatings and effects.

From desizing to the final softener, our products cover each stage of a denim wash, developed and produced in İstanbul/Silivri and Düzce.
